These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Data Prompt (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must ensure your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations

• Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Professional, Business, and custom pilot or enterprise agreements) as described on our pricing page.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you may continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which may be added where required.

4. Usage limits

Your plan includes a monthly usage allowance (for example, a token limit). Usage is tracked during the billing month. If you reach your plan limit, requests may pause until the limit resets or you upgrade. Limits reset monthly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Access the Service using automated means in a way that is unreasonable or abusive.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent permitted by law.

6. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Content to provide, maintain, and support the Service. For details about personal data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party services (such as payment processors). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Availability and changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Service, other customers, or comply with law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page.
